Double Decker takes Oxford by storm – Daily Mississippian

After a three-year hiatus due to COVID-19, the Double Decker Arts Festival returned and took Oxford by storm. The event offered something for everyone, whether that be art, food, music or a 5k, and boasted large crowds both Friday and Saturday.
